Inspired by the familiar green transformer boxes on the streets, Xishu extended the packaging design for Charging Dock by Chen Hsuan-Yu from National Taichung University of Science and Technology, winner of the 21st kW Design Award (3rd Prize in Creative Product Design). The outer box shifts from green to gray, symbolizing the transformation of energy and the evolution of time. When unfolded, it doubles as a display interface, making the packaging not just a shell, but an integral part of the design itself.
