Beimen Station is the first stop to enter Alishan. Through on-site analysis and integration of the station's current conditions, Heeree redesigned the signage system and visual identity, including the ticket hall, station signs, and platform guidance system.

The design incorporates the Alishan Forest Railway's visual identity system. The newly added platform ticket windows use locally-produced Taiwanese cypress wood and incorporate visual designs representing Beimen's imagery. New accessible windows, electronic advertising billboards, and Alishan Railway route maps were added to create a multifunctional ticket window. The platform adopts a grey color scheme, with a wooden patterned brick floor, and an all-new Alishan Railway platform guidance system. The goal is to provide visitors with a renewed impression of the Alishan Forest Railway through this renovation.
