Rong Cuisine
Rong Cuisine is a sub-brand of Michelin one star restaurant Xin Rong Ji in China. While Xin Rong Ji’s is famous for its high-end seafood from East China Sea, Rong Cuisine is a more casual brand featuring street food stall-style seafood. Based on the concept of nostalgia for the simple taste from East China Sea, we developed Rong Cuisine’s brand identity—the four key tastes: taste of the ocean, taste of freshness, taste of the season and taste of home. The brand image of this new restaurant is embodied in the freehand style Chinese ink illustration presenting, a simplistic presentation of the nostalgic taste from East China Sea.
榮小館
榮小館為中國米其林一星新榮記旗下的子品牌,在新榮記的高端東海海鮮的品牌基礎下,延展出以海鮮排檔為經營特點的大眾品牌,品牌規劃以「為回味東海 - 念念在心的老實滋味」為核心概念,發展出海味、鮮味、時味、家味四項重點訴求,透過寫意的主題插畫呈現東海家鄉的想念滋味,打造全新的品牌形象。
