阿里山林鐵品牌再出發
在阿里山的深處，有一條鐵道，
不是為了趕路而存在，
而是為了讓人慢下來，聽見森林的聲音。
這是林鐵，一條穿越山巒、走過歲月的路。
它曾載過木材，也載過夢，
如今，它載著我們對山林的記憶與溫柔。
囍樹參與了這次林鐵品牌的重新出發，
我們從火車車窗出發，設計出一個像風景般的標誌：
有日出的雲海，有飛鳥的剪影，
有火車頭的堅定，也有守護這片山林的心意。
那道溫和的弧線，就像鐵道的彎、旅人的目光、
還有林鐵一直以來對安全與穩定的細心。
我們選了紅色來做主色，
那是林鐵火車頭的紅，是記憶中最鮮明的一筆；
綠，是森林的呼吸；
白，是清晨山頂那片雲光。
這些顏色混在一起，就像阿里山的早晨，
靜靜地，卻充滿生命力。
在山裡行走的人，總會找尋方向，
我們也重新設計了導覽系統，
讓每一塊解說牌，每一個標示，
不只是指引方向，更是風景的一部分。
材質選用了有樹皮質感的烤漆鋼材與鐵軌造型，
讓標誌像是在山裡自然長出來的。
我們也想讓這趟旅程延續下去，
於是設計了卡夾、餐墊、餅乾和氣泡水，
讓那些經過林鐵、聞過山風、看過日出的記憶，
可以被放進背包、帶進日常。
阿里山林鐵不只是一條鐵路，
它是山林與人的約定，
是文化資產的未完旅程。
我們相信，這趟旅程，才正要開始。
Deep in the heart of Alishan,
there lies a railway—
not built for haste,
but for those who wish to slow down
and listen to the whispers of the forest.
This is the Alishan Forest Railway.
A line that once carried timber and dreams,
now carries memories and gentle footsteps.
For the railway’s new brand identity,
we at Xishu began with the train window—
a frame of passing landscapes.
The logo captures the essence of the journey:
the steadfast train engine,
sunrise above a sea of clouds,
a bird soaring into the future,
and a quiet vow to protect the cultural and ecological heritage of Alishan.
The soft, sweeping curve at the center
echoes the railway’s winding path,
the motion of the mountain breeze,
and the unwavering focus on safety and comfort.
Our chosen red reflects the iconic locomotive—
a bold and unforgettable mark in the memory of travelers.
Forest green speaks of calm woods and rich biodiversity.
Morning white recalls the tranquil light
spilling through the clouds at the mountain’s peak.
Together, they breathe new life into the spirit of the forest railway—
steady, vibrant, alive.
To guide those walking these mountain paths,
we reimagined the signage system:
maps, directional signs, interpretive panels, and safety notices.
Each designed with bark-textured coated steel and iron-rail forms,
so they feel like part of the forest, not just placed within it.
And for those who wish to take a piece of the journey home,
we created concept items:
card holders, placemats, forest-flavored cookies, and sparkling water—
everyday objects that carry the scent of cedar,
the rhythm of wheels on tracks,
and the quiet joy of a dawn view from a train window.
The Alishan Forest Railway is more than steel and timber.
It is a promise between people and the land,
a journey through heritage and time.
And we believe, this journey has only just begun.
